Sunshine Bakeries has expanded its product range with the launch of the all-new Sunshine Poketto Sandwich, a Japanese-inspired snack designed to meet the needs of modern, on-the-go consumers.

Drawing inspiration from Japan’s konbini culture – neighbourhood convenience stores renowned for their thoughtfully prepared, neatly packaged and ready-to-eat offerings – the Poketto Sandwich brings together convenience, quality and indulgence in a compact, pocket-sized form.

Available in Strawberry, Tiramisu and the classic Hokkaido Milk flavours, the Poketto Sandwich is made using Sunshine Bakeries’ signature Hokkaido milk, known for its smooth texture and well-balanced richness. Each sandwich is wrapped in soft, crustless bread and sealed from edge to edge using Japanese sealing technology to ensure freshness while keeping the creamy filling securely in place.

According to Sunshine Bakeries, the Poketto Sandwich is crafted with Japanese food innovation in mind, offering a simple yet satisfying snacking experience. Its compact size makes it suitable for breakfast on the move, between meetings, during daily commutes or as a quick snack at any time of the day.

At the core of the Poketto Sandwich is Hokkaido milk, a key ingredient that gives the product its distinctive fluffy bite and comforting mouthfeel. The Strawberry variant combines creamy milk filling with real strawberry pieces for a light fruity balance, while the Tiramisu flavour delivers a dessert-like experience through smooth coffee-infused cream. Meanwhile, the Hokkaido Milk option offers a familiar and soothing taste that appeals to both children and adults, highlighting the pure creaminess of the milk.
