Crème De La Crème Transforms Into A My Melody And Little Twin Stars Fantasy World

My Melody and Little Twin Stars have come to spread some magical cuteness to Malaysia!

Crème De La Crème, or more affectionately known as CDLC, has partnered with Sanrio to bring an exciting fantasy-fuelled experience to fans of the artisanal ice cream haven and Japanese ambassadors of ‘kawaii’.

After launching the viral “Pak Naser’s Nasi Lemak” ice cream with AirAsia and “Beauty Elixir” dubbed the world’s first beauty ice-cream, their latest collaboration sees the creative team of CDLC give their saccharine haven a 360-transformation into a multi-sensory Fantasy Land of the affable characters.

 

“We are madly in love with My Melody and Little Twin Stars and it is our honour to be partnering Sanrio for this iconic and special collaboration. We took over a year of planning, conceptualization and R&D with our talented friends at Sanrio to ensure the best multi-sensory experience and we cannot wait to share this with CDLC and Sanrio fans,” enthused Lio Lim, the managing director of CDLC. 

To sweeten the experience, CDLC has also developed a hand-crafted set of My Melody and Little Twin Stars themed ice-creams, petits gâteaux and CDLC-signature beverages, “Bloop! Bloop! Bloop!” for patrons to enjoy as they bask in the pastel wonderland

Little Twin Stars

 

Made from 100% natural ingredients, this beauty was created to simulate the dreamy colour palette fitting of the Little Twin Stars using a mixture of Butterfly Pea, lychee sorbet, peach sorbet, and Madagascar vanilla ice cream. 

 

My Melo’s Pound Cake

Hand-crafted with almond ice cream swirled with candied almonds, home baked almond pound cake and gooey chocolate ganache, this ice-cream takes inspiration from My Melody’s love for Almond Pound Cakes.

This ultra-cute Petite Gateau (ice cream cake) is a delectable combination of high-grade Oolong tea ice cream, raspberry sorbet, passionfruit curd and white chocolate. 

 

Land of Stars

This treat pays homage to the birthplace of Little Twin Stars and offers a gastronomical escapade of cream cheese ice cream, blueberry basil sorbet, strawberry jam, pecan crumble and white chocolate dip.

 

Guiding Star

Guiding the Little Twin Stars through their adventures, the guiding star wand of Lala is personified in the form of a yummy and refreshing coconut ice cream, coconut sorbet, caramelized pineapple assam sorbet, pineapple tropical compote, almond crumble, and white chocolate dip. 

 

Omoiyari Star

Found only on the Dream Star Cloud, this refreshing concoction of lychees, mango, blueberries, peach, and other secret ingredients that will leave you starstruck! 

 

Pink!

Celebrating the iconic colour of My Melody is this pretty-in-pink thirst-quencher of pink peach sorbet, homemade strawberry compote, and a dose of zest.

For those who want a keepsake to commemorate the occasion, CDLC’s got you covered with exclusive merchandise consisting of enchanting tees fashioned with the titular characters and CDLC’s very own spokes-character, and a collectible sticker set.
