Christina Toh is a highly respected figure in the hospitality industry, having served in it for the past 30 years. She began her sales career at the Holiday Inn Penang before moving on to the Regent Hotel Kuala Lumpur. In September 2001, she joined Dorsett Kuala Lumpur as the General Manager and was later promoted to be the Area General Manager in 2017, stationed at Dorsett Grand Subang.

Datin Toh is known for her crisp management and dynamic leadership style. A strategic leader who strives to foster meaningful relationships with everyone she comes in contact with despite the demanding nature of her work, her diligence and dedication have not gone unnoticed over the years, winning her various awards.

In addition to her many accomplishments, Datin Toh holds the Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) designation, which is issued by the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). This highly respected professional credential validates one’s advanced knowledge in the hospitality industry. Datin Toh also holds an MBA in Hospitality Management, which has helped her to excel in her career.

Datin Toh is an active member of the Board of the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH), having served on the board since 2002. She started at the chapter level and worked her way up to the National Board, holding various positions along the way. In May 2022, Datin Toh was inaugurated as the newly elected President of MAH, receiving firm support from the Board. She made history as MAH’s first-ever female President, marking a new chapter in the association’s leadership.
