The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong Granted Internationally Acclaimed WELL v2™ Precertification
The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong was recently accorded with the WELL Precertification under the WELL Building Standard™ v2, making it the first hotel project in Hong Kong and mainland China to receive this internationally acclaimed recognition.
The precertification, a milestone achievement recognised by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) that awards a project’s intent to implement health and well-being strategies that will be third-party verified upon completion, exemplifies their commitment to integrating health and sustainability strategies into every aspect of its operations and efforts in making business a driver of sustainability for a better future.

Located on the southside of Hong Kong Island, the hotel is Hong Kong’s first Fullerton hotel and the first Fullerton resort worldwide. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong earned the WELL Precertification based on its design intents within ten categories of building performance — Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Movement, Thermal Comfort, Sound, Materials, Mind and Community.
